Mr. Ghulam Mustafa Memon is a young, energetic and dedicated development professional with Six years’ experience in project management and field operations. He has strong managerial, administrative and leadership skills and has been leading field and program teams in hectic work situations. He has experience of strong coordination with multi stakeholder including Government officials, INGOs etc, project management, planning, Human Resource Management & institutional development, Disaster Management, managing projects of Emergency Response, impact studies, research, social mobilization, organizing trainings at national level, and report writing.
Provide trainings to LHWs,UCs Clerks and Uc Secretary on DBR applications use and facilitate gatekeepers to register children at local level through mobile application.
Oversee the technical issues on log in user IDs or other mobile applications used in the process and address those by recording entries in log book.
Submit and share monthly plan and progress report of his specific area with Project Coordinator.
Functionalize the taluka office effectively and maintain attendance register on regular basis and get the same countersigned from PC.
Form the Taluka Working Groups and coordinate with Assistant Commissioners of their respective Taluka to chair the meeting.
Organize monthly meetings at Taluka level. Send invites and agenda to the participants. Minute the meetings and action plan.
Follow up on actions / decisions taken in taluka Working Group meetings from line departments/implementing partners at taluka level.
Coordinate with the facilitators including LHWs, vaccinators, Nikah Khwans, UC Secretary / Clerk through their line department and ensure close coordination between them for effective and efficient implementation of assignments.
Monitor and provide support to the Institution responsible for community mobilization and communication activities to promote birth registration.
To put all out efforts for achieving the targets set at taluka level.
• To support the development of marginalized & vulnerable communities through self-reliance and participatory initiatives for village development.
• To mobilize and organize the targeted communities for integrated development through program interventions and community mobilization.
• Conduct and arrange trainings and workshop events for community awareness, capacity building of CO’s VO’& LSO and establish networking/linkages of TTI’s for sustainable development.
• Identify and seek out opportunities for new business, and the growth or expansion of current businesses in the community.
• To do work closely with other governmental staff members and other community and business leaders

• Regular monitoring of the activities at distribution level and off site with households.
