Client Servicing.
Managing key accounts. Zong, KFC, McDonalds, Khaadi, Sana Safinaz, Getz Pharma, Cybernet etc.
Ensuring on-time and proper execution of all accounts related queries & orders.
Bridging the gap by providing in-time response and coordinating internally with the team.
Competitor Analysis.
Prospects for target clients including retail & corporate both for an increased business growth.
Analyses and plans innovative strategies of selling.
Endeavors to build healthy bonds with new clients, architects, engineers, builders & contractors.

? Managing International Modern Trade (IMT) accounts i.e. Metro Cash and Carry & MAF Hyper Star for the South Region.
? Managing Local Modern Trade (LMT) accounts i.e. Utility Stores Corporation and Canteen Store Departments regionally.
? Interacting and negotiating with Buyers, Floor Managers and Department Managers of the accounts on regular basis for optimum in-store execution and variety of articles range.
? Managing, staffing and stimulating of the sales team.
? Forecasting categories and planning store wise promotions at each account for product range.
? In-Store execution of brand activation's in best possible manner.
? To analyze all competition activities which include new product launches, promotional schemes, visibility campaigns etc in the market.
