Implementation of national financial literacy program activities, trainings at school ,colleges and universities and coordination with stakeholders 

School Safety activities at district level

• Deliver support to the school director, administration, and teachers in effective school development plans, trainings, capacity building, curriculum, and college management and interconnect with parents to discuss student academic progress.
• Establish productive working relationships with pupils and present feedback and reports to staff on pupils’ achievement, progress and matters, while ensuring the availability of appropriate evidence.
• Successfully manage classrooms and facilitate students with homework and other assignments in after-school program, as well as use verbal and non-verbal cues to maintain students’ engagement.

• Efficiently performed functions in the main scope of qualitative research, by reality check approach with immersion in the field. Designed research plan and data collection instruments to administer team in the implementation of RCA exercise in the field.
• Collaborated with RCA core team to select research tools, including archiving, debriefing, and communications. Designed RCA research plan, revise scope of work, and solicit feedback from the field team in-country and HQ teams to finalize it.
• Collaborated with consultancy firm to collect data instruments and finalize the design of the research, including review and finalization of the methodology and related data collection instruments.

• Proficiently developed the detailed M&E plans and administered the execution and tracking results of school safety program through the measurement of indicators in Malakand division.
• Responsible for the training delivery on school safety and disaster management to the school and university teachers. Organized monthly and quarterly reports and tracked progress of the project activities against established performance indicators.
• Coordinated with the divisional stakeholders to create case studies and success stories, facilitate the field visits of the donor, and collect information from the field through various monitoring tools.
• Helped schools and university disaster response teams in the implementation of safety program and recommendation of mitigation measures for the disaster prone areas.

• Gained a better understanding about the role of brokers in the recruitment of labor force in Pakistan for gulf countries, and identified opportunities for labor force in Pakistan to work in gulf countries.
• Critically examined and directed in-depth interviews of various members, including media personnel, journalists, civil society activists, and politicians/political activists in Pakistan and Gulf countries.
• Efficiently designed interview guides for all the relevant groups and managed code-checking of completed interview transcripts.

• Helped program/regional managers and coordinators to design systematic and realistic monitoring plans, as well as capture quantitative data to report on performance indicators.
• Formulated program and operational reporting templates to facilitate acquisition and aggregation of information in programs, as well as monitoredall project activities, expenditures, and progress to achieve the project output.

• Played a key role as the consultant for report writing “Land Disputes in district Swat” funded by Asia foundation in Caravan Swat, as well as presented and submitted final reports to the organization.

• Implemented the Psychosocial support activities and developed case studies to capture qualitative outputs of the project. Carried out primary research with stakeholders and service users to gather and analyze data in accordance with the evaluation plans.
• Headed evaluation research, analyzed qualitative and quantitative data, selected the best methods to do so and produced data analysis reporting and visualization in line with the requirements specified by the project leads.

• Directed and reviewed the work of staff members, including survey support staff and interviewers and documented project activities and further sharing with Provincial and National Head Quarters through monthly and quarterly reports and reviews.
• Delivered basic psychosocial support to the children affected by armed conflict and managed field activities with the support of field teams. Expertly used different M&E tools to monitor and evaluate project progress and performance.
• Explored qualitative data obtained from observations, KIIs and FGDs, as well as surveys, old records, or case studies, using statistical software programs.

Worked as field research fellow on the outcomes of education in two provinces KPK and Punjab of Pakistan. The Project was funded by DFID and RECOUP UK Consortium.

Worked as Project Coordinator in project titled \" Role of civil society organization\" . The project activities were conducted in Azad Jammu & Kashmir . The activities were consist of quantitative & qualitative research and SWOT analysis of the civil society organization worked in earthquake affected areas of Kashmir.
