- Coordinate with IDAP and consultant to ensure the work meets necessary standards.
- Ensuring the accuracy and availability of all supporting documentation, procedures and manuals.
- Preparations and distributing reports to management as required.
- Reviewing the quality of the services provided by consultant and making recommendations where improvements are identified.
- Coordinating with the project’s client & consultant the purpose of its improvement by specifications, documentations & standards.
- Taking over activities.
- Preparation, execution and implementation exception Item (punch list).
- Area of responsibility are Energy center (Central utility Plant), Reverse osmosis Plant, WWTP, GSTs, Firefighting network, piping network, plumbing system and HVAC system.
- HVAC system includes York MAXE centrifugal compressor, chiller capacity 425X3TR in central utility plant.
- Coordinate with consultant’s QA/QC department in the preparation of testing commissioning requirement of test pack and facilitate close out of any outstanding punch items list. Inspection of Pressure test (hydro, pneumatic) according to piping class, their test limit and required pressure.
Worked under Ministry of Interior with Project Management Team (Consultant). Revision and preparation of shop drawings and related documents. Coordinate and supervise contractor to ensure the work meets necessary standards. Ensuring the accuracy and availability of all supporting documentation, procedures and manuals. Preparations and distributing reports to site management as required. Reviewing the quality of the services provided by Contractors and making recommendations where improvements are identified. Coordinating with the project’s client & contractor for the purpose of its improvement by specifications, documentations & standards. Ensuring prompt exchange of correspondence & approvals. Firefighting network, piping network, plumbing system WWTP, Sea water intake and HVAC system are included in my responsibility. Coordinate with contractor’s QC department in the preparation of test requirement of test pack and facilitate close out of any outstanding punch items before hydro test. Inspection of Pressure test (hydro, pneumatic) according to piping class, their test limit and required pressure. Responsible for implementation of internal QA/QC programs, including Quality Improvement processes, quality management systems, inspection test planning procedures, receiving inspection plans, Quality Procedure Guidelines.
