Rising Technologies is providing software solutions in the MENA region for past couple of decades; I have joined them as a Project Lead (ERP/Software) at the offshore development facility in Lahore, Pakistan.
I am helping the organization in following areas:
- Focus on leading organizational readiness for product launch efforts.
- Create an implementation strategy & timelines using project management software and hybrid agile methodologies.
- Ensuring that projects are completed on-time, within budget, and up to the customer’s quality standards.
- Connect with internal team members to discuss needs and expectations, address concerns, define project outlines, and timelines.
- Communicate with multiple third-party vendors and key stakeholders over the entire project lifecycle.
- Focuses on potential risks that may deter project success and take corrective measures accordingly.

I started this journey with a dream of bringing automation into the Construction Industry of Pakistan.Went through the Product Development Lifecycle and delivered a first-of-its-kind service-based software application named \"a2zCost\" and achieved extensive experience of the following:  
- Providing solution-oriented consulting to diverse clients
- Keep track of industry trends and emerging technologies
- Refine our agile methodology based on results, client feedback, and retrospectives
- Drive, develop, and incorporate feature requests into the product roadmap

- Collaborate with clients, engineering team, and design team to implement innovation

Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab is an autonomous body established for planning, designing, construction, and maintenance of infrastructure in the province of Punjab. I am privileged to work for this Public Sector organization where my role & achievements were:- Successfully conducted all the phases of ERP implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 On-Cloud.
- Managed each phase of digital transformation including AS-IS Analysis, TO-BE Analysis, Functional Requirement Document, Gap Analysis, Customizations, UAT, Training, Final Evaluation & Roll-out.
- Transformed the manual, cumbersome reporting into interactive BI Dashboards for top management using Power BI.
- Performed all the tasks relevant to bidding procedures for acquiring consultancy services on multiple projects including; Terms of Reference (TORs), Request for Proposal (RFP), Evaluation of Technical & Financial Proposals & Contract Administration.
- Liaise with executing agency to ensure smooth implementation of agreed project plans and interact with implementation consultant for timely completion of project milestones.
- Performed software evaluations of various business functions like Cost Estimation, Project Management, QA/QC etc.

Saudi Bin Laden Group is a multinational construction conglomerate and is headquartered in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. It consists of several operating divisions and I was privileged to work for one of its prestigious division, Public Buildings and Airports Division (PBAD); where my role & achievements were:
- Successfully implemented Oracle Projects in all the mega projects of Public Buildings and Airports Division while managing a team of functional & technical resources.
- Managed the implementation of Oracle EBS Suite R12.1 Projects applications consisting of Project Foundation, Project Costing, Project Management, Project Contract, Project Billing.
- Worked with relevant business stakeholders like Finance, Procurement, Project Execution, Equipment workshop, Material Warehouse and Contracts for achieving Project Suite integration with other EBS applications like Finance, Supply Chain, Contracts etc.
- Transformation of analytical and management reports in to Oracle BI using Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE).
- Worked with Oracle Primavera and 3rd Party Solution Providers for achieving integration between Oracle EBS & Primavera P6, Unifier, PCM, CostOS etc.
- Gained working knowledge about Construction industry in Saudi Arabia and implemented its challenging business scenarios within Oracle Projects.

Punjab Health Sector Reforms Program was established to improve coverage and quality of Health services at Primary healthcare facilities in the province of Punjab, Pakistan. I was privileged to work for this Public Sector organization under Health Department; where my role & achievements were:- Managed all IT operations of central office.
- Implemented an automated process of inspection and monitoring for three thousand plus health facilities of Punjab province.
- Conducted all the phases of Software Engineering for developing Management Information Systems for Monitoring & Evaluation of health facilities.
- Developed real-time Analytical & Statistical Reports for all tiers of management up to the level of Chief Minister office.
- Successfully conducted surveys, staff training, and monitored the IT infrastructure of health facilities.

Cybersoft North America Inc. is a software solutions provider based in Houston, Texas. I joined Cybersoft as a Junior Software Engineer at the company\'s offshore software development facility in Lahore, Pakistan and was promoted to the position of Team Lead during the last 2 years of my employment. One of my major achievements was to enlist the company’s product known as \"qonTango\" in “BIG 8” Mid-Range Collection Management & Debt Recovery systems. It is still considered to be the # 1 Commercial Collection Software.- Managed a technical team of software engineers; developing Collection Management & Debt Recovery solutions for commercial, retail & in-house debt collection agencies.
- Successfully maintained the overall quality, coding standards, project documents & customization process of business processes within the products.
- Provided technical & functional guidance and training to developers, business process engineers & end-users.
- Achieved a high level of skills in Release Management, Version Tacking, Live Client Support, Online Installations & troubleshooting.
