Prepare rout plan with attachment of towns.
Prepare replenishment report for availability of stock in Warehouse.
Prepare daily dispatch schedule.
Allocate vehicle type to all order of dispatch schedule & circulate plan to transporter for ensure vehicle availability.
Weekly training on EHS for awareness of hazards.
Ensure FEFO, PIPO and Batch Management (Physical vs. SAP).
Prepare replenishment report & circulate to HOD.
Daily dispatched report circulates to HOD.
Prepare transporters bill against local & in-house deliveries.
Daily follow up of required vehicle from transporters.
Ensure all task timely closed on daily basis.
Manage Cost as per approved budget.
Daily replenishment stock to warehouses
Finalize billing of all agreed transporter
Coordination with plant HOD team for smoothly operation
Cost controlling through identification of cost saving opportunities
