Assistance to the director team leader in all project management related task

Coordinate with farmers for organic production of rice, wheat and vegetables

Provide general assistance for the project team in the field of administration, research and technical assistance

Assistance in technical follow-up of organic cultivation activities and adaptation, updating and/or amending operational plans in coordination with the company management

Assistance in preparation, monitoring and follow up of short term/long term organic growing projects for farmers

Main Job Responsibilities include:
- Planning finances and production to maintain farm progress against budget parameters.

-Planning plantation of cut flowers, vegetables and mushroom
-Monitor all operational process on the farm and report to CEO
-Buying supplies, such as fertiliser, maintenance material and seeds
-Arranging the maintenance and repair of farm buildings, machinery and equipment
-Planning activities for trainee staff, mentoring and monitoring them
-Maintaining and monitoring the quality of yield
-Understanding the implications of the weather and making contingency plans
-Ensuring current government regulations concerning farm activities are complied with
-Ensuring that farm activities comply with government regulations
-Monitoring all greenhouse for pest and diseases for proper use of pesticide and fungicide
-Maintaining a knowledge of pests and diseases and an understanding of how they spread and how to treat them
-Coordinate with international partner for update knowledge and discuss problems
