· Authorizing recording of financial transactions in accounting record
· Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in compliance with requirements of applicable International Financial Reporting Standards.
· Review of monthly reconciliations
· Taking care of company tax matters and liaison with tax consultants for filing monthly and annual statutory returns
· Coordination with auditors for annual statutory audit
