Managerial & Technical aspects of the Job:
1. To manage & supervise the working of team (93 members) comprises on Assistant Managers, Technicians, DSL Executives, TPIs, CSRs, CPEIs and other field staff.
2. Designing JDs & milestone plans of each individual, maintaining & updating of these goals on online tools like PMS and Success-factors on monthly, quarterly & yearly basis.
3. To achieve revenue targets by generating new demand, materializing pending demand and upselling of VAS to the existing customers through sales & operation teams.
4. Expansion of OSP network in dry areas along with restoration of network outages within minimum possible time in order to provide interruption less services.
5. To reduce customer churn by ensuring and providing better quality of services and to reduce defaulter ledger through win back campaigns and field activities.
6. To supervise the routine working through online tools/systems like Webmail, CRM, ACS, ERP, SAP, & BnCC. Daily tasks relates to HRM, OM, R&C, administration, and technical.
