Duties and responsibilities.
All RORO/PKGS units to be proper load/discharged by the help of vessel stowage plan.
Records all the incoming or outgoing RORO/PKG units from a ship using a hand-held device, and log sheet.
Arranges RORO/PKG units for loading on vessels.
Carries out yard inventories .
Check all RORO/PKG units arriving/departing by road for damage and record
Locates not found units in correct locations
Assists in any related work as required.
Any other tasks delegated by supervisor.
Strictly follows company’s policies and procedures and applicable laws and regulations to protect and maintain the health and safety of oneself, others and the environment adopted by the company.
Promptly reports any possible violations on the company’s health and safety policies and procedures.

Updating all RTG, RS, MT Handler, PM and STS Operators in the CHE system.
Updating all different Vendor’s PM Operators according the PM & their codes.
Follow up all the Queues created by planners and CFS.
Searching and finding the missing containers in yard with the assistance of yard supervisors, checkers, RTG and RS Operators.
Updating stacks with the help of checkers and supervisors.
Making sure all the PM, MT, RS and RTG operators working properly and efficiently.
Grounding reefer containers as per plan.
Updating containers on PM, different yard positions and vessel if container is not planned or VMT of equipment and HS handler is not working.
Insert export, import and empty containers in the system while gate in and gate out
Updating damage details of receival and delivery containers in the system
Issuing drop off and pick up tickets for receival and delivery containers
