Role and responsibilities
• Rectification of all the issues in SMT and keeping a record of machine faults
• Responsible for the preventive maintenance of SMT Machinery on regular basis
• Responsible for Surface Mount Technology Hall Operation Supervision of PCB board components mounting on NXT and Aimax machines Responsible for testing and commissioning of the manufactured PCBs
• Responsible for the supervising the production of laptop assembly Responsible for making the reports of DPR, IQC, OQC and maintaining the KPIs on monthly basis
• Properly training the workforce for proper manufacturing and production techniques
• Responsible for managing the overall process of Laptop production and assembly Material plus labor management on 6S standards to make the process smoother
• Responsible for managing the whole factory process and achieving targets upon planning and setting SOP for every station
• Responsible for the Quality assurance and improvement in production
• Coordinating through meetings with clients and keeping in view the market analysis, giving improvement plans.
• Supervising and planning the maintenance of plant/machines on a regular basis according to standardize.

• Designing the Customized electrical Panel for the robots
• Responsible for making all of the designs in the SolidWorks Electrical
• Planning and Designing in SolidWorks/AutoCAD the layouts of panels, wiring diagrams, logic diagrams, PLC I/O, Relays, Circuit Breakers, Power Supply, Pneumatics Plan, Solenoid Valves, Air Filters, Cables plus Wires, Cable Tray and Pneumatic Tubes.
• Responsible for the resolving issues regarding electrical side of robotics
• Coordinating with Automation Team for the Panel designing and best equipment selection
• Expert in all levels of electrical drawings and planning
• Meeting with all the Teams to complete the project successfully with team work
• Preparation of implementation schedule of all the project and working as a team leader
• Getting the information for all the required equipment from suppliers and automation team
• Coordinating with the whole design team for specific equipment and dimensions
• Making BOM and Report for the whole Electrical panel
• Designing the Line diagram of whole panel
• Procurement of the required equipment for the whole installations
• Selecting the whole items for the electrical installations that is best fit

• Planning and Designing the Microwave and Fiber Network for KPK Districts
• Responsible for all the electrical activities and tasks including drawings and plan execution at site, supervising the labors force and regular coordination with subcontractors
• Responsible for the Electrical design of all the KPK Passive Network
• Preparing electrical designs in AutoCAD
• Responsible for the Quality Control of all the Electrical installations and highlighting the discrepancies in systems according to Approved Plan and design
• Guiding and ensuring safety of all the Electrical systems and also adding redundancy in case of failures
• Inspect the implementation of the above as per approval design, drawings and specifications at sites
• Responsible for Inspection with the Electrical Authorities of Departments, Civil Defense representatives and ROW
• Creating all the BoQs for the Electrical network Equipment
• Designing and Planning the project plan in MS Project
• Survey of all the sites and getting Coordinates
• Leading the technician teams and supervising them
• Making inception report and progress reports
• Leading all the Meetings and presenting the Final Project Report to the assessment Scrutiny of Project and resolving all the Issues regarding Electrical works
• Preparation of PC1 for the project
• Communication and Coordination with Government Professionals for Project Tasks
• Solving technical issues regarding Electrical Engineering on field and resolving according to design
• Managing the whole project team and assigning tasks to everyone to complete the project as per implementation schedule
• Attending the PNC meetings with clients for price negotiation and technical presentations

• Survey of all the sites and collecting required data
• Revising and submitting the RFP
• Calculating Transformers, cables and other required
• Calculating the Sag between transformers and adjusting according to standards
• Managing a team of technicians for proper implementation of ABC Cable
• Planning, Designing the Electrical Systems
• Calculating the overall load, Demand load
• Estimation of the overall cost
• Responsible for Drawing and Supervision to execute the work on L.V Panel Boards, Power Panel Boards , Cables and wires gauges, Wires Routing, Cable conduits PVC conduits, Grounding and lightning protection system Telephone system, sound system, Fire alarm System, Computer and T.V system, approved as per BOQ, Design drawing and specifications.
• PLC designing of all the protective relays and panels
• Giving input to fill out the material orders requests, follow up and get the material approvals for items needed by contract documents.
• Management and leadership skills in project management experience to manage and lead multiple personnel and projects within the engineering group.
