1. Manage Site Utilities and Facility systems (production and non-production)2. Ensure routine corrective and preventive maintenance of the facilities and a proper log is maintained of the maintenance schedules.3. Ensure timely internal audits like infrastructure safety assessment (ISA), machinery safety assessment (MSA), fire fighting and detection system assessment (FFDSSA), electrical safety assessment (ESA), and any other internal audits of Relevant equipment of the facilities.5. Ensure action plans report against the internal audits (ISA, MSA, ESA, FFDSSA, etc) and actions are completed on time.6. Ensure the operations and maintenance are carried out within provided facility team and outsourced vendors along with keeping a keen eye on the operational expense (OPEX).7. Ensure HSE and QMS guidelines are followed and technical inputs provided in the risk8. Identify projects for the upkeep and on-boarding new facilities, this includes machinery infrastructure installation, interiors, maintenance and disposal, if any.

Lead diversified team of 20 personnel of entire plant operation and maintenance services covering civil infrastructure, mechanical, electrical, automation, calibration, validation, chilled drinking RO plant, compressed air networks, boiler, Air conditioning, Plumbing, HVAC set up and engineering store portfolios.
Installation and maintenance of high tension and low tension overhead lines, cables and whole industrial distribution networks.
Preventive maintenance of electrical installations like switchgears, whole plant machinery including motor control panels and keeping their documents and records.
Repair and maintenance of heavy induction motors including rewinding.
Lead entire plant HVAC team operation and maintenance covering 568 tons chiller, Air handling Units, Energy recovery ventilators and Cooling towers
Yearly OPEX and CAPEX planning of entire plant and execute assigned CAPEX short term & long-term projects
Establish dashboards to monitor department progress to close fiscal year within assigned budget and assigned breakdown targets
Active member of plant core team to establish Manufacturing Excellence Program (MNEX)
Working on shifts for the successful installation of HVAC system including ERVs, AHUs, Air dryer, Water chillers.
Close coordination with the admin department for assigned administrative tasks and strong follow up.
