• Installation, registration and connectivity of the ATM’s (NCR and Diebold).
• Biometric Attendance Software installation in abovethan 317 branches all over Pakistan
• Technical support to branches, IT centers all other departments related to ADC’s.
• Troubleshooting, first level support to Phone Banking, Internet Banking and ATM Card Problems.
• Run Centralized End of Day, Month End with Generating Reports.
• First Level Support to all ADC Applications like ATM’s Ijournal, iCAM, Iwatch, Internet Banking,
and CRM.
• Monitoring switching system of Telephone Exchange.
• Assigning ports to the Telephone numbers.
• Visiting Optical Network Units (ONU) for troubleshooting.
• Managing and maintaining power back-up for Switching System and ONU’s.
• Monitoring the Optical channel of transmission.
• Maintaining power back-up for Optical Line Terminal (OLT).
• Monitoring Wireless Local Loop (WLL) and BTS (Base Transceiver Station) of various locations.
• Visiting and maintaining power back-up for BTS.
