§   Manage inventories in warehouses and replenish inventories as per forecast.
§   Coordinate with customer regarding dispatches and orders.
§   Maintain close liaison with Sales & Marketing team for timely processing of customer orders.
§   Initiation and implementation of various cost -optimizing projects related to warehouse.
§   Reconcile stocks monthly basis and ensure proper posting of delivery challans in system.
§   Verify vendor bills and process payments from finance department.
Provide complete backup support to Sales & Marketing team regarding customer orders and outstanding.

§   Manage logistics, negotiate rates, routine issues regarding delays, pickups and transfers
§   Handling effectively products from import to warehouse
§   Ensure products are stored, stacked and maintained correctly
§   Implement support plan, budget requirements and deployment of timelines
§   Supervising vans loading, ensure timely departure, fulfill delivery of orders on daily basis
§   Prepare stock forecast in accordance with sales forecast and take corrective action as required
§   keep full documentation of warehouse stock movement and provide reports to logistics manager

Providing support to Regional Office and Centres in Region
Coordinating with the Centres Managers in the region regarding relevant issues.
Checking and verifying all contracts, approvals, petty cash, bills and other related documentation.
Stream lining approval process and communications.
Maintaining all files and records of the regions.
Coordinating and arranging logistics for all the visitors.
Assisting in organizing workshops and seminars.
Ensure smooth operation in the absence of Regional Manager.
