Role of Responsibilities :-
• To supervise the activities related to Daewoo loyalty program & Daewoo prepaid card program
• Manage the Data base of loyalty Members
• Manage the process of New prepaid/Discount Card applicants
• Received complaints of Members via E-mail, Official Mobile Phone, UAN & In person and provide full assistance
• Coordination with Terminal staff in all over Pakistan to facilitate the valued members
• Conducting & lead the Training sessions region vise in Pakistan semiannually for ticketing officers, TAs & for Cargo
officers
• Provide full assistance to the ticketing officers, Cargo officers as well as to our valued members when they require
• Coordination with Operations department, HR department & MIS department regarding programs
• Investigate the cases of scam related to Daewoo loyalty program
• Bug identifications in the software’s & in official website and get rectification with the help of MIS
• Meeting with different companies & stake holders in order to expand company’s business
• Monitor ticketing officers activities related to Daewoo Loyalty program & Daewoo prepaid card program

Role of Responsibilities:-
• Whole organization’s documentation management
• Supervise the computer section such as hardware installations, Software Installations, System Installations and give directions to employees regarding bugs to resolve
• Composing (Urdu, English) & Emails
• To conduct Executive Council meetings on weekly basis
• Supervise the administration
• Recorded, transcribed and distributed minutes of meetings
• Supervise the HR Department
