Professional Achievements
In the capacity of Regional Coordinator of CIET International, a well reputed foreign NGO, conducted numerous baseline surveys, in all districts of Baluchistan, regarding Social Audit of Governance Delivery of Public Services, from 2006 to 2007
As Quality Logistic Associate of CIET International, supervised a Multi Cycle Study, conducted from 1996 to 1999 in Baluchistan, on children, entitled Community Voice in Planning.
As Regional Coordinator in CIET, involved in Social Audit of Abuse Against Women (SAAAW), the first of national surveys conducted in Pakistan from 2001 to 2004, aimed at defining the extent of abuse against women and identifying protective factors that could guide locally generated preventive measures to reduce the issue.
Key findings and recommendations of above mentioned CIET projects were disseminated with all stakeholders at national and provincial level, even at lower levels, to consider them for evidence based policy and action plan.
As Coordinator of Aurat Foundation, voluntarily launched and supported the Citizens Campaign for Women Representation (CCWR) in district Jhall Magsi from 2000-2001 and supported establishment and working of District Resource Centers for Women councilors in Naseerabad division from 2002 to 2005. The campaign and follow up program were aimed at ensuring womens active participation in electoral process, providing them legal support, building their voice in planning and playing effective role as community representative. The other component was related to economic empowerment of women through different initiatives including skill building, and linking with market for their products.

Worked voluntarily with Oxfam GB as in charge of campaign namely (We can End Violence against Women) in district Jhall Magsi in 2005. The major objective of the campaign was to end violence against women.
Conduction of many elections for Senate, assemblies of provincial and national assemblies, and Local Governments in Pakistan.
As Lead and Master Trainer, conduction of capacity building and trainings of returning officers and polling staff. Also imparted so many trainings to field teams during my tenure in different NGOs.
