I have been tasked to work in an epidemiological super high-risk district named Khyber Agency, which is sandwiched in between the only remaining two Polio core reserviour countries Pakistan and Afghanistan from which the Polio yet to be eradicated. I am working here as an Immunization Officer/District Delivery Operations and supervision officer. My key responsibilities are to ensure to reach to every doorstep and every child to ensure essential Immunization, supporting and improving communication stargeties, Social mobilziation through Community engagements, mass media and using available resources, to provide technical support and guidance to improve and achive EPI/PEI programme goals , AFP/VPDs surveillance, outbreak investigations and response, capacity building, Cascade trainings, detailed microplaning (Implementationof RED and REC Microplanning), data analysis and its use for further planing ,implemantion, monitoring and evaluation to achive the set targets, advocacy and allience building to promote Immunization drives, to particiapte in higher ups meetings to present programme goals, performance, strengths, Weaknesses and support required and to Coordinate between organizations , government, local bodies and NGOs for programme need.

I worked as Medical officer in two districts charsadda and peshawar with PPHI/KPH for 2 years. Managing Union council level hospital (Primary health services delivery and timely referral to Tertiary care hospitals. Other work included management of HR, Community engagement sessions, family planning and mass vaccination campaign against vaccine preventable disease and Nutrition.
