 Develop project work plan at the various stages of project implementation and set direction by prioritizing and organizing activities and resources to achieve project objectives
 Mobilize community and keep close coordination with parents and local people

 Participate in the transparent and timely recruitment of project staff (developing organograms and ToRs)
 Develop monthly assessment, mid-term and annual examination papers and send to the LC on time
 Staff and teachers capacity building on child safeguard policy and ensuring child safeguard policy at each LCs written in local language.
 Participating in weekly and monthly meeting of partner organizations, drafting and sharing meeting minutes and keep follow on the progress of action plans discussed in the meeting.
 Supervision and digital monitoring of SABAQ centers and formal schools of SABAQ projects.
 Coordinate and maintain working relationships with relevant stakeholders including Donors, Implementing Partners and government education department.
 Work closely with monitoring and evaluation team in preparing online monitoring tools to assess progress of SABAQ Learning Centers and schools.
 Work closely with streamline leads to ensure timely training of staff, teachers and facilitators and any academic related issues from the field are directed back to the leads
 Coordinate with M&E team to ensure efficient and effective data collection and reporting from field.
