Monark is a smart casual mens wear brand operating from Lahore. I was a Sole warrior in HR department looking after all HR related matters. I started from very basic like documentation of employees and then developed a proper working HR department under direct supervision of COO. Achievements : I developed performance management system for the retail staff. Did a market analysis for compensation and benefit purposes. and designed a proper compensation package. Annual Increment proposal given to COO, and one best option was chosen from my given options. develop a Talent management program for retail staff, which includes staff promotion, salary increments, firing and lying off.
