• Control Budget with regards to the allocated budget for the Project.
• Planning & budgeting exercise, which includes collecting data related to goals and targets setting, budget development for all the regions, and seeking proper approval from the Project Team. 
• Prepare and produce all MIS on project progress Monitor and report progress of growth and cost reduction initiatives.
• Ensure there is effective financial control, governance and internal controls across the region.
• Keeping track of the head office and regional expenses with minimum over / underruns observed in the budget utilization.
• Developing dashboard for Project Manager and summarizing the periodic financial performance of the Project.
• Preparing monthly Budget Variance Report (BVR) for all the Regions.
• Seeking necessary information for monthly financial cash requests from the Project Team.
• Advanced competencies in financial systems, reporting including forecasting, planning and budget making for organizations/proposals.
• Responding to the Project Manager’s queries regarding fund request/budget utilization and making available any information which they may require.
• Coordinating with the Project Team at regions for timely receipt of non-financial data including budget target updates.
• Compiling, developing quarterly, mid-year submission of different reports to Project Manager.

Ensure timely and accurate filing of all corporate taxes including monthly Tax returns and preparation of quarterly advance taxes.
Prepare workings for advance tax u/s 147.
Submission of income tax withholding statement and monthly e-payment of income tax withholdings u/s 165, 153, and 149.
Prepare yearly working for FBR audit us 177 and expense reconciliation statements u/s 44(4).
Formulate appropriate systems or processes for tax risk management and Resolve tax-related queries of clients, vendors, and staff.
Review and correspondence of tax notices, tax compliance, reporting, and monthly tax filing.
Coordinate with consultants and arrange documents and information regarding all tax matters of the company.
Ensure monthly recoveries from clients and tenants.
Draft regular reports for CFO and GM Taxation and the management to ensure the documentation of the companys taxations matters.
Review payment, receivable vouchers and guide juniors related to payment and receivable issues on daily basis.
Monthly reconcile purchase & sales of returns with GL.
Financial forecasting and budgeting.
Coordination in financial reporting and maintaining accuracy and continuous improvements in financial reporting, such as Financial Statements.
Preparation of monthly Work stream review file to track the ageing of accruals and follow up with all stakeholders for clearing of aged items timely.

Reconcile monthly bank statements.
Prepare payments and issue as per requirement. 
Coordinate with the HR Department in payroll, EOBI, and SESSI. 
Coordinate with the Procurement Department in the processing of POs. 
Assist the Receivable section regarding monthly receivables. 
Check/verify invoices on a regular basis. 
Approve payment vouchers after verification of payments. 
Maintain/update the payment status of contractors and suppliers.  
Assist in E-filing of tax and provide tax challans to vendors. 
Reconcile trial balance on a regular basis. 
Reconcile General Ledgers after daily postings. 
Assist seniors in the annual audits. 
Provide petty cash to various departments. 
Approve GRNs and MIRs of invoices in accounting software. 
Coordinate with the store manager Regarding MIRs & GRNs.
