Preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and compliance
Ensure robust record retention and data backup machine through Program Temporary Fix (PTF)
First level IT infrastructure support
Management of IT hardware in collaboration with technology partners
Budgeting and expense finalization in coordination with Finance department
Monthly monitoring of actual vs. forecasted stocking to avoid any negative variance
Preparation of MIS for senior management
Liaison with internal/external audits to satisfy their requirements/queries and closure of observations in a timely manner.
