Report on the monthly performance of the workshop.
Assist with process development to include technical documentation

Produce weekly reports covering metrics and work performed

Produce strategic quotes for day to day sales and projects
Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs
Have sound knowledge in SAAS (ServiceNow)
Build and Maintain Customer relations
Follow-ups with clients on a daily basis
Prepared detailed reports
Track and maintain sales records to meet sales targets
