Accomplishments & Responsibilities:

▪ Assuring product quality of the desktop application named IDS G2 of my division Integrated Dealership Systems at
Contour, the application includes Inventory, Sales, Services, CRM, Accounting and Admin modules.

▪ Working as a primary resource on the RV/Marine/Powerboats Rental Application developed by the division

▪ Released number of builds of core G2 application and other special and incentive projects of the company after
functional testing

▪ Conducting product walk-through with Business Analyst before testing and to make sure that all requirements of
clients are fulfilled when project/product is released.

▪ Defect creation, validation and tracking.

▪ Test plans and Test case development and execution.

▪ Attending daily scrum meetings, backlog grooming sessions, sprint review meetings

Accomplishments & Responsibilities:

▪ Managing the team of 3 to 4 QA Engineers by assigning them day to day tasks and taking status reports from them.

▪ Analyzing product and client requirements before starting working manually plus automated testing of websites, mobile applications (Android/iOS) with test plans, test cases, automated scripts

▪ Successfully launched many web products and mobile application e.g. ROZEE.PK, NASEEB.COM, CHALO.PK

▪ Completed research project on testing automation framework with open source tools

▪ Product release management from beta servers to live servers

▪ Conducted daily bug scrub meetings with development and QA teams to review open bugs, discussing their solutions and assigning deadline and resources to those defects.

▪ Reviewing issues forwarded by customer support team before forwarding them to development team or logging them into bug tracking system.
