ResponsibilitiesManage all tasks related to Transport Management of 3 Head Offices in Lahore.Tracking & monitoring and surveillance of all Pool vehicles with close coordination with Tracker Company.Maintain all pool vehicles log book.Execute Fueling of Pool vehicles on daily basis & Monitor Fuel Average of Vehicle from log sheet.Prepare Drivers monthly Duty Roster & Assign Different Task & duties on daily basis. Also Monitor Driver’s discipline as per company Policy. Assign Pool vehicle for Staff for their Official outdoor visit and allocate driver. Coordinate with authorized Dealership & Local vendors for repair and maintenance. Coordinate with vendors regarding R&M work. Cross Check to avoid unauthorized repair & Alteration.Manage accident of vehicles and execute for insurance claims in coordination with Vendor & Insurance Company.Maintain record file of each vehicle including log for routine maintenance & R&M work. Allocation and retrieval of Company entitled vehicles for Management Staff.Manage disposal of vehicles through Auction Bid.Acquisition of new vehicles including registration, Route permit, Fitness Certificate. Annual vehicle taxes renewal process. Monitor all type of fleet management operations.Manage Male & Female Pick & Drop Staff Transport Facility.Manage All Factory Management & Non Management Staff Pick & Drop Transport Facility.Prepare Pick & Drop Routes for new staff. Coordinate with vendor regarding daily complains and reimbursement to staff. Maintain Staff Addition/Deletion sheet on Daily basis. Manage all types of vehicle repairing and maintenane. Prepare vehicle repairing and maintenance log sheet of every vehicle. Prepare monthly reports of Fleet department and submit to Director.
Performs office management duties; oversees the maintenance of personnel and fiscal records. Managers grant proposals and submissions. Prepares financial reports, reviews purchases vouchers and other financial documents. Responsible for handling transport matters like staff pick & drop, manage routes of staff and guest dealing with transport contractor. Responsible and arrange the vehicles route permit, fitness certificate, E-tag and Cantt pass. Monthly base arrange the drivers meeting and guide the routes, discipline, attitude and behavior of drivers with guest and staff. Managed the contractors loaders vehicles fuel and mileage report. Monitor the company vehicles in tracking system and check the location in route wise. Responsible to repairing and maintenance of all type of vehicles and prepare the reports of maintenance expense in monthly and annually. Monitor cost and expense to assist in budget preparation. Organize and supervise other office activities ( recycling, renovations, event planning etc. Prepare to movement plan of vehicles in supply of market in daily base. Prepare daily base of vehicles fueling and fuel average report . Prepare monthly base vehicles inspection report. Prepare and check daily base loader vehicles inspection report. Insurance claim clearance of company vehicles. Responsible for company vehicles repairing and maintenance and completely grip of maintenance and reduce the expense of company vehicles. Arrange the traveling arrangement for management staff and visitor. Managed the company vehicles fuel card, issuance,blocking and check the fuel limit of vehicles. Arrange the quotation of different contractors, prepare comparison and finalize the monthly, annually agreements of transport. maintain maintenance log book every vehicles, maintain log books of pool vehicles.Perform other related duties as require
