Coordination with the Livelihoods Project Manager and other field staff, plan, organize and undertake livelihood and community-building activities .
Lead and motivate team in daily field activities.
Organise and deliver trainings for community members/groups for income generation and small-business development.
Conduct needs assessments and support in planning of new income-generating activities.
Support in establishing and maintaining relationships with community representatives, government counterparts, and other humanitarian agencies, ensuring transparency and coordination.
Ensure that activities conducted by livelihood/community Team follow PPAF standards and guidelines.
Keep accurate data records; prepare internal reports updating on activities .
Perform any other tasks as instructed by the Project Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:
Actively participate in distribution , taking care of the distribution lists and the verification of the beneficiaries.
