Objectives:
To work for the relief and rehabilitation in case of disaster situation.
ï§ To work for the community development and provide protection to the destitute, vulnerable
and desperate segments of the community.
ï§ To eradicate discrimination in the society and develop a âfriendly atmosphereâ through
advocacy.
ï§ To create âlovingâ atmosphere for the orphans, unaccompanied minors and less-privileged
children of the community.
Duties include:
1. To promote the health programme image of the institute, design and prepare
brochures, pamphlets and handouts for the students and medical colleges.
2. To prepare health related articles for the promotion of IHMS through electronic and
print medical, i.e. newspaper and television
3. To work as a liaison officer between IHMS, students and medical colleges for the
promotion and promulgation of MS Public Health programmes
4. To work as a coordinator between IHMS and Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Medical
University (SZABMU), Islamabad
5. To work as an internal link between the faculty members and students for their day to
day activities and requirement
6. Coordinate and manage publication of newsletters
7. To work as an Welfare Officer in the event of a crisis.
8. To participate in the ongoing development of procedures and processes for the
institute administration office
9. To assist with supporting student services or other administrative activities as
delegated by the office Manager.
10. Maintains an effective written communications process between institute
administrators and their staff and the office of the CEO.
11. Acts as a liaison between the Institute, accounting, purchasing, and payroll
departments ensures Institute compliance with University policy and procedures.
12. Transport department supervision also overall supervision of in and out timings of
office vehicles.
Duties include:
1. To work on field for Contact screening of TB patient
2. I used the GIS software for data collection and data upload through this software
directly to the program server while staying on the field.
3. I worked as a suspect finder in the community of the TB patient.
4. I worked as a patient referrer to the nearest BHU.
5. I worked as a Field Supervisor of the District Rawalpindi and Islamabad. And keep
maintain coordination among the Field team with the Research Unit.
6. Used Quantitative data Collection tools and Supervise the RWP and ISB districts)
7. To work as a Welfare Officer in the event of a crisis.
8. To work as an internal link between the faculty members and students for their day to
day activities and requirement
9. Maintains an effective written communications process between BHUs of district
RWP/ISB their staff and the office of the Project Coordinator (NTP).
