• Ensure Product Availability to Nearest Medical Store.
• Provide Product Information and Deliver Product Samples.
• Attend Sales Meeting, Training Session and Symposium circuits.
• Monitor and Analyze Data and market condition to identify competitive.
Responsible for managing sales teams of 10 or more, instrumental in their training and making sure everyone exceeds their Sales targets and brings in as much business as possible. Also in charge of directing the business in the best possible manner and regularly reporting to the Field Manager, Project Coordinate & Project Manager,
Duties :
• Responsible for selling, closing, servicing and expanding the current customer base within an assigned territory.
• Managing relationships with suppliers, ASM, sponsors, internal clients and shopkeeper.
• Regularly travelling to regional Areas meeting Team Leaders and getting product feedback from them.
• Providing highly professional sales and marketing expertise and back up to sales representatives.
• Maintaining necessary data and records for future reference.
• Evaluating current business processes and systems.
