Develop automation pipeline, and manage the end-to-end automation life-cycle, from validation and prioritization of opportunities through to maintenance and support

Supervising and managing operations for automated and industry content collection teams
Establishing and implementing departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures
Increasing productivity of analysts through training, motivation, and process improvement
Monitoring staffing levels and budget, including recruitment, resignations, poor performance, employee morale, and other personnel issues
Setting individual and department goals and providing performance evaluations for department staff
Compiling periodic productivity and project burndown charts and sharing operational performance with key stakeholders
Ensuring that all group policies and procedures are communicated and adhered by staff
Encouraging, identifying, and developing best practice strategy
Running division-wide training and development programs to polish talent
Working closely with the global management team to meet KPIs and deadlines

Responsible to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of market data published in SNL products
Lead day-to-day operations and workflow of the department while maintaining a high level of subject matter expertise related to content set, including knowledge of internal applications and external products
Responsible for department’s workflow management, ensuring to adhere to the goals of Key Performance Indicators. Collaborating with cross offices\' Operation Managers, Content Managers and Associate Directors, about upward/downward trends in performance
Coordinate training and development for department staff and set individual goals and provide performance evaluations. Monitor staffing levels including recruitment, employee engagement and employee retention
Measuring productivity to abide to company policy of Capacity Building (efficiency gain)
Implementation of employee recognition and rewards system. Establishing SMART goals and benchmarks for employees

Responsible for accurate, complete and timely collection of financial information and relevant data to be published in SNL Financial’s products
Reviewing and analyzing periodic reports of European banks and financial services companies for information on Capital Market instruments
Point person for carrying out external communications with companies for the resolution of complex queries.
