Dispatching Complaints and flow up till the rectification.
Reporting the concern department regarding current and Pending LT / HT complaints
Coordinate with the operation department for the major job and arranging the shutdown from HT side.
Directly Reported to DGM regarding area position in every two hourly reports.
In process the complaints timely and reported to concerns.
Checking over all MTL and line man activities’.
Maintaining the tickets from SAP and completed.
Maintaining the records to confirm the each complains rectification timely.
Frequently checked hook connections and DC cases and reported to DGM.
And doing all the work pertains to IBC Malir Center NNC under the supervision of area Manager.
