Project :REGIONAL INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT (RIF-KP) FUNDED BY KFW GERMAN BANK

Project Executive Summery: The primary objective of the RIF-KP project is to enhance the governance performance of local authorities and improve the quality of life for residents in the Nowshera and Haripur districts. This enhancement of fundamental public service delivery will be achieved through capacity-building efforts. These selected strategies will not only upgrade, rehabilitate, and reconstruct inefficient or non-operational public infrastructure but also strengthen the engineering, tendering, and managerial capabilities of district-based line agencies, which will also assume responsibility for implementation. The entity responsible for project execution is the Planning and Development Department (P&DD) of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK), in collaboration with the Sustainable Development Unit (SDU). The project\'s financial support is provided through a grant from KfW, following a specified disbursement procedure that has been mutually agreed upon by the Project Executing Agency (PEA) and KfW.
Supervising nine water supply schemes and two roads. 
Checking of Interim Payment Certificates And Preparation of Technical Sanctions.
Ensuring Quality of work by doing Different Field test.
Maintaining and updating the project management record.
Formulating the procedures, methodologies and guidelines for ensuring effective implementation of project design.
Coordination with Client Regarding site through meetings.
Preparing Weekly, and Monthly progress Reports.

Project : Establishment of Technology development center at University of Agriculture Peshawar.
Location: Peshawar Pakistan 
Client     : University of Agriculture Peshawar.
● Supervising Four Packages namely A,B,C & D which includes Building for Faculty of Veterinary and husbandry sciences Building, Climate change center Building, Horticulture block Building, and Business incubation center Building.
● Checking of Interim Payment Certificates And Preparation of Technical Sanctions.
● Ensuring Quality of work by doing Different Field test (Slump, Brick T test).
● Defining and ensuring delivery of realistic project timelines, ensuring work force efficiency and excellence in outcome.

Project : Up-gradation of University of Hazara Campus at Havelian to full fledged University Abbottabad.

● Supervising six Packages namely Academic Science Block, Social Science Block, Girls Hostel, Residencies, Main Gate, OHWT,  Admin & Faculty Block

Project : Construction of Central Prison Phase-II
Location: Dera Ismail Khan, KP
Client     : Communication And Works Department Dera Ismail Khan
Play a key role in construction of all Phase-II Building like Factory Building, Convicted Prisoner Barracks, Male and Female Hospital, Common Facility Building and Admin Block.

• Supervising the said project in Peshawar.
• Assisting and final checking of layouts and preparation of plans for daily activities.
• Carrying out detailed site assessment and assimilating evaluation with client requirements.
• Recommending changes to the proposed design to ensure the practicality of the project.
• Formulating the procedures, methodologies and guidelines for ensuring effective implementation of project design.
• Estimating accurately the material quality, quantity and cost, ensuring that the project is adjusted within the specified budget.
• Coordinating with execution team for procurement of specified material and ensuring its quality.
• Defining and ensuring delivery of realistic project timelines, ensuring work force efficiency and excellence in outcome.
• Maintaining and updating the project management record for each client.
• Site safety procedures and preparing bill of quantities.
• Preparing PC1 of Government Multi Story Buildings, Hospitals, Roads, Swimming Pools, Retaining Walls, Schools and Tube wells at the time when the Fund is lapsed.
• Monitoring of progress and preparation of weekly and monthly progress report of the projects.
• Inspection of completed work, preparing of snag list & handing over of work completed to client.

• To prepare BOQs and drawings of Pressure Pumps, Hand Pumps, Solar Road Lights, Solar Street Lights, Hybrid Traffic Signals, Culverts, Tube Wells, Solar WSS, GWSS, Mosques, Water Tanks, Streets, Local Roads and Schools.
• Supervising the construction of Recycle plant of solid waste management. • Conducting different types of topographic surveys.
• Coordination with local community for implementation of ongoing civil work. • Preparing drawings as well as material specifications lists and other technical documentation related to design cost estimation for Tube wells and flood Protection Walls etc.
