Working as a Data Processing Officer / Asst.Manager for the three branches in Karachi on
different project Ultra (UPL).
• Providing the support as an assistant in administration operation and sales operation related
matter.
• Preparing the daily sales compilation, route wise booking and stock return from the van through
& ULTRA & WINS on daily basis efficiently.
• Given the support to UPL depot for M&P to all the systems, printers, HHT’s and other IT
equipments including LAN, Networking, and Modem are working properly and smoothly.
• Strong Liaison with Head Office, Principal Official, and IT department in complex queries in
order to solve the IT related problems.
• Executing “Day end process” process, taking backup of the data on daily basis etc and instructed
this activity to do the same on other locations.
• Prepared different statistically and KPI’s reports on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
• To maintain and update routine office record and correspondence with our department of the
company efficiently.
• To handle the general administrational work.
• To interact with top management of the company for smoothly flow of information.
• Providing the support of all type computer hardware issue.
• Keep closing liaison with accounts and administration departments.
• To computerized the office record and prepare MIS reports.

Obtains revenue by recording and updating financial information; recording and collecting patient charges; controlling credit extended to patients; filing, collecting, and expediting third-party claims.
