As a Sr Customer Success Manager, my job is to assist the team with their work which includes onboarding clients, taking escalations and work as mentor for the team. As a Customer Success Manager, it requires me to work and coordinate with different teams such as Development, Technical Support, Billing and etc. I am responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty, work closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction.

After year and half working as a product specialist, I was promoted as a Sales Development Supervisor where I got a chance to generate leads of potential clients and managed a team of 8 people.
