HVAC TECHNICIAN ( Carrier Chiller 30GTN series & Zamil , Petra Package Unit ).


• Installed compressors, condensers, expansion valves, floats and service valves.
• Rebuilt compr0essor (heads, oil pumps, etc.).
• Maintaining Chillers (Screw & Reciprocating / Water & Air Cooled), Package Units, Duct able Splits, Mini Splits, Window A/Cs, Air Handling Units (AHU& FAHU), Fan Coil Units (FCU), Variable Air Volume Units (VAV), Cold Storages, Ventilation Units (Ducts & Exhaust Fans) and all other HVAC System related Equipment’s like: Pumps, Valves, Insulations, Thermostats/Actuators & other Controllers, etc.
• Proficient in reading and interpretation of blueprints, electrical and mechanical diagrams and schematics.
• Replace hvac equipment (roof top units, condenser coils, evaporator coils, etc.)
• Able to perform mathematics to determine proper components and installation requirements.
• Service and maintenance entail changing filters, visually inspecting belts and pulleys (aligning if necessary), visually inspecting condenser and evaporator coils (cleaning if necessary), check and record Freon pressures as well as amp draws on all major components, cleaning out both drain pans and drain lines.
• Able to write preventive maintenance reports and correspondence.
• Good verbal communications skills

HVAC Supervisor ( SKM APCN Series & YORK YVAA STYLE A Air Cooled Screw Liquid Chillers - R134a ).

• Replace hvac equipment (roof top units, condenser coils, evaporator coils, etc.).
