Started my career with an International NGO (Rotary Club) as Executive Secretary and then got an opportunity in Oman International Bank and in the mean while I was offered an opportunity at The Bank of Khyber.
I have worked at different capacities in The Bank of Khyber and currently working in their HR Group as Senior Officer (Performance Management).
• All HR related tasks such as (Annual Credential Reports / Performance Reports, Promotion Exercise, Disciplinary actions against employees, salary packages, Leave Record, Posting / Transfers etc)
• Handling of Promotions and Performance Evaluation Reports during the year.
• Maintaining the main software database, from entry level to report generation and software updating.
• Conducting the Performance Evaluation Report exercise of Employees (Half yearly and Annually.
• Maintaining the Staff strength and also reporting the same to SBP on quarterly and semi annually basis.
• Prepare reports of advances, Training, Hiring, posting transfers; leave balance, recruitment on monthly basis.

• In General Banking Operations I performed duties related to the General Banking, like issuing Pay orders, Customer Account Opening, Letters, Daily Reports, Month end Reports, Remittances, Salary posting, Transfers, SBP Reporting and all day end operations.
• Worked as Clearing Officer (inward & outward).
• Credit Working (New Proposals, Credit Monthly Reports, e-CIB Reporting, Advances Report)
• Worked on online activities of branch performing money transfers like Western Union, Malik Exchange, and Xpress Money etc.
• Monthly financial reporting to different departments, including banking operations, I.T, Finance Division and compliance, etc
• Review High Volume Transactions on Daily Basis and reporting on SBP portal.
• Review Account Opening Documents before having any banking relationship to check whether SBP requirements are fulfill or not.
• Monitoring Day to Day operations of Branch.
• Checking for timely submission of accurate data/ returns to SBP, other agencies and head Office.
• Monitor Account transactions for matching the customer profile with its transactions in account.
• Also performed duties of Manager Operation for 3 months and successfully completed all the month end activities and repots.
• Daily reporting to SBP(Nostro & Vostro Statements)
• Daily statement for deposit details.
• Different Year End and Month End statements.
• Administrative Duties
• Assist the President of the club in daily work routine.
• Preparing weekly reports for meetings.
• Preparing of Applications for different Scholarships programs and other Club activities
• Presentations for Board Meetings and Weekly Meetings.
• Maintain Rotary Club of Karachi website and update whenever necessary
• Issue receipts for all payments received.
• Maintain attendance and petty cash records.
• Maintain stocks of stationary items and re order when required.
• Arrangements of Board Meetings, drafting the minutes.
• Participating in Charity events organized by the Rotary Club of Karachi.
• Follow-up with Members & Directors for Meetings and different programs.
