→Supervise the activities of employees engaged in receiving, storing, testing, and shipping products or materials

→Operations in managing warehouse operations and team, monitoring stock levels, ensuring timely delivery.
→Develops and tracks KPIs regarding the warehouse daily and weekly operations
→Ensuring compliance at every step of the warehouse procedures.
→Practice safe warehouse procedures, identify potential hazards and recommend improvements to standard procedures.

→Create Purchase Order according contract for fabric.
→Create Work order for service base – process fabric.
→Checking daily base all GRN according received fabric against PO.
→Check inventory of greige fabric and update batch wise. (Raw Material)
→Update GRN against WO – Process fabric.(Semi finish Inventory)
→Update finish good inventory in warehouse through system
→Transfer finish goods inventory in all store.
→Received bills and verify GRN aspects.
→Inventory transfer to different store through System SAP. Gather and interpret relevant data (costs, productivity, demand patterns, etc.)
→Understand current trends and future plans, adjust inventory and order strategies.
→Analyze inventory to increase or decrease projections based on inventory levels.
→Develop inventory valuation reports and weeks of supply report.

→Correspondence with local Vendors.
→Make comparison sheet of local vendor about rate comparison in SAP.
→Make purchase order and purchase requisition for packaging material and consumable material in SAP.
→Follow-ups with department requirements about all materials (consumable & packaging).
→Follow-ups advance payments and 50% payments of vendors and coordinate with accounts dept.
→Clear of bills and payments for all vendors on the month of end in SAP.
→Detail driven with good communication skills and proven success interfacing with customers, co-workers and suppliers.
→New Development regarding Packing Material with current or new vendor.

→Correspondence with customers about product CE Mark & packaging materials.
→Check and suggest to customer for all CE Mark standard in marking and packaging materials of product.
→ Check and suggest to customer for all product categories, test levels EN standard and certification in marking and packaging materials.
→Received final approval of product CE mark and packaging material artworks.
→Update all marking detail in Master file data with artworks.
→Packaging material develop with local/ international suppliers.
→Finally communicate with department and instruct to implement accordingly.
→Create all FG (Finish Good) codes on Fert Level and Packaging BOM (Bill of Material) in SAP on daily basis.
