Tax and legal services
My responsibilities in tax and legal services department are to:
• understand and comply with client’s legal and regulatory obligations for taxation;
• plan client’s affairs so as to be tax efficient in the business or other financial decisions they make;
• understand the tax risks they face and the effectiveness of their organization’s internal controls relating to tax;
• resolve tax disputes through domestic law and/or treaty-based dispute resolution mechanisms; and
• issue invoices to clients for the professional services rendered and monitoring and following up accounts receivables of clients

Audit and Business Assurance Services
My responsibilities in audit and business assurance services included;
• planning, execution and completion of various audit assignments including risk assessment procedures, developing audit strategy, drafting audit programs, testing of key controls, supervision and review of team members and client relationship management.
• evaluating internal controls to ensure adherence to management policies and control requirements, identifying control weaknesses and making appropriate recommendations to the management.
