Working as Assistant Marketing Manager, I represent China based Exhibition Company in Pakistan which is working in collaboration with PAK China Joint Chamber of commerce in Pakistan and China Chamber of commerce in China. My responsibilities includes collecting data on local companies working in different sectors, market place and consolidate information in to actionable items, reports and presentations. Understanding business objectives and design survey to discover prospective companies preferences. Use online market research and catalogs findings to databases. Also to invite local companies from different sectors to our exhibition.

I have been working at Infinix mobility as Assistant Marketing manager and team leader since November 2017. My Responsibilities mainly include Vendor Management, Offline Marketing, Quality check of Advertising work, checking visibility in the market, pushing vendor to get desirable results. Also, I work with other marketing team members to maintain an adequate number of POSM and activity materials for Sales team. We work in close correspondence with sales team and provide them whatever need they have in market, from vendor support to gifting material, material for activity and help fulfill company needs by acquiring and sending material from different cities as per needed. Moving material from one city to another, making arrangements with PHA and working together with teams at other cities to make infinix look good in the market. Currently I am handling Center & rapidly growing North region.

Client service executives essentially establish and cultivate relationships with a company’s clients. The goal is to meet client needs so customers are satisfied, resulting in profits for the company. I also introduce new products, respond to client inquiries and find solutions to client issues such as those dealing with billing. Further we develop sales proposals and collaborate with a company’s multiple internal departments to help improve the quality of products and also work to streamline business operations by helping to reduce costs. I work in a variety of industries such as finance, health care or computer science.

I worked as Manager and Administrator and I was responsible for all day to day activities of the institution i.e. greeting customers, dealing with parents, handling cash, maintaining cash and attendance registers, ensuring timely execution of classes and arrival of teachers, Making high ranking decision like hiring and firing of employees, Marketing of the institution, organizing events, conducting PTMs, procurement, arranging and carrying out test sessions, making reports and composing results.
