Key Achievements:


 



  • As Human Resource Manager secured hiring’s of more than two hundred employees including short- and long-term staff at the GHSC-PSM project. Thus maintaining productivity of the project by providing with an adequate number of skilled and efficient workers. Facilitated training of staff members in their respective field to increase employee learning and development receiving a 100% employee satisfaction, improving retention. Zero findings in HR audits. Shield was awarded by the project as an HR Expert in recognition of contribution and services.


 



  • As Human Resource specialist at DAI, Consolidating Democracy in Pakistan project funded by DFID, I dealt with all HR matters single handedly. Hired more than one fifty consultants. Acted as the focal person for HR audit, resulting in zero findings in the HR audit. I was awarded spot recognition.




  • Emergency recruitment of more than a hundred employees for Kohat Cash Food Distribution project for IDP’s in Waziristan at Hashoo Foundation as Senior HR Officer.




  • Ms. Adil succeeded in managing the whole internship program at Hashoo Foundation single handily, an internship program which consists of three cycles a year, and each cycle spanning over four months. Awarded as “Employee of the Month” by senior management.
