Training and Development
• Controls, maintains and updates training/recruiting plan and prepare related monthly reports.
• Undertake and manage projects on behalf of consultants.
• Preparation proposals with accurate cost & calculations for clients.
• Preparation of interview listing, questioners and short listing of potential candidates.
• Responsible for organizing administrative and logistical support during training activities.
• Responsible to search suitable locations (indoor-outdoor) for training workshops.
