• My key responsibilities are here to complete the data collection project with the help of
my team in our region.
• Agile strategies were in use in project management.
• I completed so many projects successfully, some of them were pilot projects and some
were long term Projects.
• I hire supervisors according to project needs, give training, supervise, collect resources
and do procurement if needed.
• Coordination via skype/MS-Teams and email correspondence with my expatriate and
overseas clients as per project needs.
• Project initiation to project closure. · Field Work · Team Management · Team Building
• From last two years I am doing ticketing to support projects.
• I have been promoted to the Project Coordinator position for our second major client,
Appen. My main duties are to help my manager find new Translators and Transcribers
for Translation and Transcription Projects.
• Doing data collection projects of Telephony, using AMR technology in studios.
• I also manage the online Google data documents and their record in hard copies and
supervise the team to work hard with quality and meet the deadlines for our projects on
time. Plus going to different cities and countries for data collection and data
management.
• Communication and email correspondence with my foreign executives and overseas
clients as per project needs.
• Perform specialized data entry, data processing, and data verification tasks according to
established procedures, utilizing remotely-accessed database applications as part of a
team providing offshore Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) solutions to international
clients.
