Managing receiving, storage, and retrieval of all incoming deliveries and their timely issuance.

Prepares Performa invoice and send to Clients, after approval from consignee it converts to Sales contract with agreed terms and condition.
 Sales contract executed to production department with confirmation of General Manager to manage production on time.
 Follow up with production department when exactly the shipment will be ready to make plan as per availability of earliest vessel.
 Getting Sea and Air Freight for C&F shipments from different forwarders’, negotiate with them to reduce the shipment cost.
 Prepares Commercial Invoice, Packing list, Form E, Certificate of origin (CO), SI and other documents required for every specific shipment.
 Arrangers Vehicle to pick up empty container and then load from shipper’s premises and track the shipment from port of origin to the port of destination.
