As a Senior Program Officer, my responsibilities revolve around supporting the team in oversight of the implementation of multiple projects, ensuring that all project management roles are covered properly including HR, Supply Chain, Finance, Program Administration, and Implementation.

Stationed at head-office NRSP, I provided my services for Development of yearly plans pertaining to MER and other Sectors, Business Development/Proposal Writing along with handling donor Communications, Designing and Implementing Projects, studies/Surveys (Quantitative & Qualitative), Maintain information database including MIS, Reports and Case studies for effective Programme Planning and Designing especially for Emergency and Disaster response. Design and implement feasibility, Cost benefit and Cost effectiveness studies on NRSP Programme inputs, Design and conduct Impact Assessment studies of development interventions. Overseeing implementation of the MER Programme, e.g. providing technical guidance/assistance to the regional and district staff responsible for implementation of MER activities; liaison with the RPOs/DPOs to ensure smooth implementation of MER activities in different regions; assistance to the RPO in the preparation of their work plans; assistance to technical sections in the preparation of strategic plans, project proposals, and plans of action. Sectoral input into the planning and budgetary process, including assistance in preparation of annual work plans for MER; close collaboration with the HRD Section; in the design and implementation of training programmes to ensure the transfer of MER skills to regional and field staff, and to community activists

I was a part of the team that impemented NATIONAL SOCIO-ECONOMIC REGISTRY (BISP-GOP). On this role I was responsible for Overall assistance in preparing monitoring, evaluation framework and quality assurance for the survey, Designing the quality assurance mechanisms and guidelines. Develop quality assurance including quality indicator, checklists and formats for quality control. Develop quality control mechanism for training of survey team member. Quality assurance random visits. Developing risk assessment and mitigation plan to enhance the quality of data collection exercise. Produce monthly and fortnightly progress report

Worked in Monitoring, Evaluation & Research department in NRSP (National Rural Support Program) as Program Officer. I was stationed at the Head Office where I conducted various trainings/capacity building sessions related to project design, HRM and proposal development. I also worked in close co-ordination with the Human Resource department and provide them feedback/inputs for various HRD activities. I was responsible for reporting monthly progress updates of NRSP and donor funded project pertaining to all sectors i.e. Health, Education, Energy and agriculture and maintaining database for all the project activities and human resource. I have conducted and managed various surveys related to different sectors.

Worked in UNIDO funded project RENEWABLE ENERGY INVESTMENT PROJECT FOR SMALL BUSINESSES where I was responsible for Developing criteria for Identification of beneficiaries, Designing of tools for Baseline and Endline, Field verification of client satisfaction with the project interventions, Donor Coordination and Donor Reporting
