Responsibilities:
·         To study scope of work and complete bidding documents
·         To resolve pre-bid & post bid clarifications from client.
·         To visit site premises for work scope assessment which include Site Visits, Pre-Bid Meetings to gather necessary information for proposal preparations and estimations
·         To develop efficient proposal complete in all respects against the inquiry including technical compliance
·         To coordinate with design department regarding equipment design.
·         To study drawings and preparation of market competitive bids.
·         To coordinate with design & project management department regarding scope of work.
·         To coordinate with the client and sub-contractors for queries / clarification and rates.
·         To source material rates from local and international market.
·          To evaluate vendor’s quotation on technical & commercial basis.
·         To prepare initial project schedule / plan and share with project management department
·         To coordinate with project management department regarding budget, technical issues & clarifications of the project.
·         Preparing the summary of technical issues and division of responsibility of internal departments and handing over complete documentation to project management department, in case of an order arising from the bid.
·         To prepare complete record of inquiries and proposal status & update on regular basis along with complete client contact details.
·         Prepare compliance matrix
·         Participate in Bid Opening and Contract Award Meetings
·         Assist in the preparation of MTO’s and BOQ’s
·         To Develop budgets, estimate labor, material, construction costs and project schedules
·         To review the work contract / purchase order / work order as per the technical & commercial proposal
·         Assist in the completing the requirements of OGRA & ISO audits
·         Assist in the documentation of annual the firm’s PEC Registration renewal & up gradation

Served as a Production Engineer at Ravi-Tech Manufacturing Lahore in Production & Planning Department , taking care of all the the Production activities, DPR sharing with client, Progress Updating.
