I started my career on 2012 -2015 as an Examination invigilator in British council where I was managing of client and customer relationships, soliciting and generating objective feedback, and enabling effective inquiry management moreover, it is my duty to ensure that a consistently excellent level of operational service is provided to customers and clients according to the Examinations Services Quality Standards.
I was appointed as an Assistant manager in Lahore waste management in 2014 to date where I am Evaluating and monitoring the operations department to ensure the smooth operational activities and evaluating and monitoring the operations activities and give the feedback to the higher management about the cleanliness in Lahore.

Invigilating during examinations, dealing with queries raised by candidates and dealing
with examination irregularities in accordance with strict procedures;
Checking attendance during examinations;
Recording details of late arrivals and early leavers and collecting scripts from early
Leavers;
Escorting candidates from venues during the examinations as required, and supervising
Candidates whilst outside examination venues;
