INDSOL represents a number of foreign principals in Pakistan for Piping, Fitting, Flanges, sheets, plates, Pumps, motors, valves, compressors, Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels & equipment to be used in Fertilizer, refineries, Chemical, Cement and heavy sector organizations. As a Purchase assistant, I act as point of contact for both principal & client on behalf of INDSOL.Routine Job duties include:


To process client buying (Local / Foreign) inquiries / indents & soliciting quotations from principals / manufacturers / suppliers / stockists in line with the demand raised by end user.


Undertaking comparison between the offers and ensuring commercial & technical compliance and negotiations by coordinating with teams of end user engineers and suppliers  / manufacturers and soliciting best quotations making significant cost reductions without jeopardizing delivery schedule or quality.


Following up for P.O. and liaison with client for payment process (as per payment term) and principal / suppliers for readiness of material / goods.


Ensuring on time payment release is made and goods are onborded/ shipped.


Appearing in Public Tender opening and coordinating procurement teams & reporting activity.


Sourcing new suppliers / products related to industry and updating database.


Helping Manager for formulating Agency agreements for product representation of principals with clients in Pakistan.


Introducing Principals product(s) with client & end user engineers.
