•     Prepare HSE plan for sites and support the site managers in order to execute the safety plan.
•     Liaises with onsite leadership and management to create facility specific HSE goals, priorities and key performance measures.
•     Provide guidance and training to personnel on HSE policies, procedures, and standards. Conduct audits of company operations as required, supporting applicable HSE standards for compliance of Company policies.
•     Implement and monitor compliance with Permit to Work, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Work Safe Procedures and Risk Assessments (Operational Risk Management) Standards as required.
•     Develop Key performance indicators status.
•     Conduct incident analysis (as per requirement) & recommend measures to the management / line organization to prevent recurrence for achieving corporate safety objectives and targets.
•     Conduct management safety audits (walk-thru audits) to ensure safe execution of the jobs by the line organization in the field.
•     Conduct safety orientation of new employees regarding safety systems / procedures & responsibilities.
•     Identify & impart training to supervisors & employees to enable them to fulfill their safety responsibilities. This includes Weekly simulated exercises/training of emergency squad.
•     Audit / Inspection of safety equipment installed in the areas & placed in fire truck/safety room to ensure that it is in good working condition.
•     Ensure proactive compliance to established HSEQ protocols laid down by regulatory bodies such as relevant EPA & Chief Inspector of Mines etc. Ensure that activities related to HSEQ management are consistent with company’s HSEQ policy and applicable HSEQ legislations. Review & update HSEQ legal register developed for operational activities as per applicable HSEQ laws and regulations.
•     Prepare and administer annual capital and operating HSEQ budget taking into account the Company’s long-term production requirements and anticipated requirements for future field developments and expansions. Monitor the budget expenditure to meet the agreed KPI’s.
•     Develop, review and/ or maintain the Medevac Plans and conduct emergency response training, conforming to Company Guidelines on Crisis and Emergency Management, for effective management and response to emergencies, preventing and/ or minimizing harm to people, environment, assets and company reputation.
•     Report all HSEQ non-compliances (Unsafe acts / unsafe conditions), analyze and follow timely closures.

• Sustain and continuously improve the site’s Safety Health and Environment Management (SHEM) System. Active Participation in incident investigations for safety and environmental incidents. Analyze Incident data for trend identification for exposure elimination, risk reduction and injury prevention.
• Communicate information on the HSE Management System throughout the organization and promote HSE awareness.
• Provide quality management, HSE, and project management training to employees. • Coordinates and executes HSE inspections, and internal, sub-contractor, and third party audits.
• To issue safety alert and daily toolbox talk (TBT).
• Incident and accident investigation and reporting.
• Daily, weekly and monthly HSE reporting to client and management.
• Daily inspection at site for safety protocols.
• Comprehensive HSE understanding and work permit procedures (PTW), Incident report and investigation system (IRS), Process Security Management (PSM), HAZOP, JSA and Fault Tree Analysis.
• Prepare Quantitative Risk Assessments, JSA and TRA.
• The main targets of assignments are to achieve:
1. Zero LTI (Lost Time Injuries).
2. Zero Fatalities.
3. Zero major Environmental incidents.
