To Manage the Sanding Line Maintenance & Workshop activities and materials management to ensure a continuous and uninterrupted Sanding Line operation while maintaining assets to a high standard and meeting service, quality, environmental, safety and cost targets.
Direct the implementation of preventative and predictive maintenance plans/programs to ensure that plant corrective maintenance activity is minimised.
Direct the execution of corrective/breakdown maintenance activities to ensure that all work is carried out to a high standard.
Manage the Complete Overhauling and Maintenance of Sanding Machines including Bearings, Gearboxes, Hydraulic and Pneumatic Cylinders, Fans and Bag Filters Cyclones.
Ensure compliance to all relevant safety and controls across the Department to guarantee employee safety

To supervise the Maintenance Staff in Shift Maintenance when and where as assigned.
Maintain record of (Daily, Weekly, Monthly & Yearly) maintenance and repair activities.
Maintenance of Process Machinery Overhauling and Repairing with focus towards troubleshooting.

 Preparation and execution of preventive maintenance schedule.
 Liaising with Shift Engineers and technical departments in collaborative manner to evaluate necessity of Corrective Maintenance and need of change.
 To perform routine inspection of bearings, gears, pneumatic cylinders etc.
 Keeping track record of all consumable items performance on daily basis.
 Preparation of daily activity report of department regularly
 To implement in safety procedure and policies in department.
