Planning, organizing and controlling of General Electric Warehouse’ Operation
• Monitoring warehouse utilization and plan Inbound/ Outbound operation for both PM and Non-PM
• Statistical Analysis of General Electric Operation
• Replenishment of G.E Stock and placing order and Ordering of General Electric material and liaising with G.E Germany Warehouse for requirements
• Tracing and routing of G.E Import as per requirement of General Electric On-Shore Sites
• Monthly Inventory reconciliation between G.E Inventory of Pakistan against G.E global inventory report ship to Pakistan
• Managing On-Shore Customer Inventory of G.E and Managing Inventory Record and In / Out Operation
• Review of daily, weekly and monthly Operational scorecards and KPIs
• Transportation planning for General Electric Inbound & Outbound operation
• Costing of monthly operation and Generating monthly invoices of General Electric operation and recovery
• Ensuring and effective working relationship with support departments and Client Team
• Respond to incoming queries obtained in a timely and professional manner
• Provides coaching and feedback to team members. Identifies performance opportunities and creates specific action plans to improve efficiencies.
• Ensuring of HSE compliance
• Training of staff on Safety and on handling of Hazardous material of G.E

• Managing and ensuring stock control: the self-assured receipt, storage, retrieval and timely delivery of goods; shipment loading & transferring and documentation
• Verification of all bills, expenses and PODs
• Transportation planning for General Electric Inbound & Outbound operation
• Costing of monthly operation and Generating monthly invoices of General Electric operation and recovery
• Developing Monthly plan for reconciliation of inventory
• Ensuring Update of Client’s customer inventory in WMS
• Monthly IRA on client’s customer inventory and generating analysis on it
• Managing dedicated headcount & labor
• Ensure that Customer Clearance Pakistan International Airport and Pakistan Land & Sea Ports are performed in timely manner
• Placing orders as per operational demand for both PM and Non-PM ensuring availability of a feasible Clients’ stock at warehouse
• Ensuring fulfillment of orders to track and trace the orders till delivery to site.
• Ensuring and effective working relationship with support departments and Client Team
• Respond to incoming queries obtained in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain contact with client to ensure high levels of customer compliance

Providing support in developing, implementation and monitoring of Quality Management Systems.
Providing support in developing, implementation and monitoring of Operational Procedures.
Monitoring of Customer’s KPIs and action plan.
Developing and execution of Quality & Safety Plans and highlighting improvement needed areas with coordination of Site leadership.
Assist in compliance reviews, general risk assessments and safety & Quality assessments to support IMS management.
Assist in developing and managing quality assurance metrics for performance improvement of all Teams.
Ensure compliance of OHSAS 18001, EMS ISO 14001, QMS 19001, and Customer Compliant Management.
Incident investigations, hazard mapping, Root Cause Analysis and suggest corrective and preventive actions to prevent
reoccurrence.
Risk Management, treatment, follow up and closure.
Hazardous Waste Handling and its storage mapping.
Ensuring Good Warehousing Practices and monitoring of 5S System.
Activity Based Auditing of operation, C.S, inventory and safety.
Statistical data and narrative reports summarizing.
Organizing & conducting Safety and Quality related training sessions for managers / supervisors on safety issues,
procedures.
Assist in Developing and organizing Internal Audits plans, Training Calendar and drills for all stations.
Providing support to enhance the Quality Operational Culture throughout the Site and organization.
Ensuring QA compliance of Nestle, G.E, Petromin, LukOil Colgate Palmolive, Khaadi & Shell.
Assist cooperate Operations & HSE team in the development and implementation of SOP’s & SWPs.
Coordinate and ensure system readiness for internal and external audits.
Ensure to maintain CAPA upto 90%.

Conducting TBX sessions and Safety trainings along with Site Walk of facility.
Inspection & monitoring of fire system and ensuring of drills and training on fire safety.
Incident Management, reporting, investigation, root cause analysis, LFI.
Monitor the Job activity & inspection program at the site to ensure safety & quality compliance.
Ensure on time training for all required staff at site for all training needs identified.
Developing SWPs, SOPs, HSE policies and their enforcement.
Temperature monitoring and analysis base on health effects.
Risk assessment of hazardous environment.
Compliance of all applicable HSSE requirements are met according to emergency response plan, emergency scenario and drills & implementation.
