Responsible for Network Surveillance, Escalation and Trouble Ticket Management Nationwide
Improve and maintain escalation efficiency 99 through efficient network surveillance during
shift. Ensure timely escalation to internal/external stakeholders as per management shared
guidelines. Ensure timely escalation, error free generation, update and follow-up of TTs till
closure. Ensure correct update of required information on email and UNOC portal.
Reports Management Timely and error free generation of scheduled reports. Identify point of
observation for issues observed in reports. Trouble ticketing of issues identified through
scheduled FM/PM reports. Timely archiving and update of reports on UNOC portal.
Compliance to QA/IS and Governance Frameworks Ensure full compliance to QA/IS Governance
Framework including (Policies, Procedures, Work Instructions, KPIs, SOPs, CARs, Kaizens, QIPs
etc.). Submit approved Kaizen along with timely closure by QA team. Submit approved QIP along
with timely closure by QA team.

ensuring Quality of work done. Review and timely respond emails received during shifts on your
personal / service email accounts. Ensure proper handover report prepared and shared with

Working as an Executive OSS and Governance Engineer in Radio Access Network Department (NOC Radio-RAN) in North-1 region Ufone MSC Islamabad.
Responsible for nationwide radio network surveillance, monitoring, escalations and follow-ups with concerns stakeholders (Operations, Planning, PMO and Vendors).
Coordination with operations and maintenance team, departments (NSS, Transmission, RF planning) and PMO for the new commercial launch sites.
Ensuring the maximum network availability by escalation of alarms (IAS and EAS).
Provides login rights for different activities in radio access network.
Efficient network surveillance of network nodes for faults and service degradation, environment and outage alarms escalation and trouble ticket generation as per business rules, radio network performance monitoring on near real time basis as per granularity period, generate trouble tickets, update and follow up till resolution.
