Key Responsibilities
Update information of newly hired employees in SAP
Process of various employment certificates to employees which includes Transfer Orders, All types of Service Certificates & NOCs, Bank’s Verifications etc.
Process confirmations of probationary employee in accordance with the Bank’s policy and procedure.
Process the intimation to employee regarding his retirement from the bank’s service keeping his business / group in loop and follow-up the same in order to ensure the employee’s exit from bank at age of superannuation is done in time.
Checking & updating employee files
Checking Performance Evaluation Forms, Collecting Blood Relative’s information of the employees.
Process the cases of retirement in terms of pre-mature & on medical grounds keeping in consideration the requisites in term of approvals and bank’s policy and procedures.
Process of approvals regarding payments of allowances to clerical / non-clerical staff and deceased staff.
Process of all statutory payments to staff (all grades) regarding JAIBP (i.e. Cash Award & Fee Reimbursement).
Managing Bank Vide staff rotations, Leaves
And Other operational work
Working in HR centralized operations & Disciplinary Actions Division
Associated with MCB Bank Limited working in HR Relationship Management
